I have used 4 different PCB prototype houses. Their prices and features
vary. Olimex and PCB pool both accept Eagle CAD files directly with no
need for conversion to Gerber. Olimex is in Bulgaria and their turn-
around time can be up to 3 weeks. PCB Pool is in Ireland and has quick
turn and longer times depending on price (as do most).
I used PCB Pool for the 1-Wire WiFi boards. AP Circuits is in Canada
and has very good prices and very fast turn. The bare 1-Wire lock boards
were ordered on a Saturday (a non-working day for them) and I received
them on wednesday. They have no silkscreen or solder mask but for
quick prototypes you can't beat their prices.
E-Teknet has excellent prices for production runs (100+ boards). They
produce them off-shore (Taiwan or China I think) so their turn time is
slower, but the prices are excellent.
