Here's a fuzzy picture of the 1-Wire lock board on the left and
the Link WiFi board on the right. AP Circuits make the 1-Wire board
with no silkscreen or solder mask for about $50 for 4. PCB Pool made
the one on the right with solder mask and silkscreen for about $70 for
4 of them.
The board reads the serial number of the iButton when it is touched to
the socket and if it matches the allowed access list it turns on the
motor for long enough to open the lock.
